What is it?
- The Board of Ministries is the leadership team for Atonement.
- The team is organized around our mission, vision and core beliefs.
- The team is responsible to translate our mission, vision and core beliefs into strategies and actionable ministries in our community.
- The team is comprised of volunteers who are elected from our Atonement community. As you will see below, our ministries deal with many areas where you might be able to apply some of your God-given talents.

How does it function?
- The board operates as a team and is guided by its operating principles.
- Each director is responsible for leading and empowering ministry teams, task forces, and individuals that in turn, accomplish activities that carry out the varous ministry objectives as outlined in our plans and strategic framework.
