Atonement Lutheran Church is a gathering of God’s people called to
invite all people into the presence of the living God,
prepare for ministry in daily life, and
go into the world as disciples. |

Our Vision
Called to be witnesses to the Good News of Jesus Christ in our world, we will:
- Open our hearts, minds, and ministry to people of all ages, regardless of ethnic origin, lifestyle, or perceived limitations.
- Be a wellspring of hope and stability, creating an environment that will assist and sustain individuals in building a strong faith and growing spirituality.
- Intentionally establish connections grounded in justice and compassion that bridge the gap between suburban and urban people.
- Advance the ministry of young people and families in our congregation and community, creating an environment in which they can discover opportunities for growth in life and faith.

As a gathered people, we are committed to:
- Growing leaders spiritually through regular Scripture reading, prayer, and worship.
- Recognizing Christ in others through service with them.
- Emphasizing ministries with young people so they may know Jesus.
- Acting out the faith we have been given in our daily lives.
