Our Building
The first building was completed and ready for use at 1900 Westfall Road in 1959, followed by the addition of a Sanctuary in 1969, and a fellowship hall in 1979.  Our current building houses a small library, 2 gathering halls, a kitchen,   a prayer room, and our church offices.  Our sanctuary includes a choir loft and has a capacity of 150.

A Fond Remembrance
“A Pastor from a Lutheran Church in Rochester knocked on our door when we lived in Fernwood Park Apartments on Waring Road in 1953.  He asked my husband, Hal, if he would be interested in helping to organize a new Lutheran Church to be built somewhere in the Brighton or Henrietta area. Hal told him he would very much like to help and that we were having a home built in the Henrietta area.  After we moved into our home, we received another visit from a gentleman telling Hal they were planning on going out to look for property that would be the best possible place for the new church and was he still interested in being on the Planning Committee. Hal was very enthusiastic about his new venture. Needless to say myself and our two boys Eric and Greg were getting excited also about having a Lutheran church near home.  The site was Westfall Rd. that was chosen as it would attract people from both the Brighton & Henrietta areas.  There was an older home on the property that we used for Sunday School and meetings. We were able to hold our church services in the Anthony Funeral Home thanks to the Anthony's great compassion & caring for us.  Hal with a few other men took part in finding a Pastor for our new church.”
