Our Board of Ministries

Our Board Members are asked to be prayerful regarding decisions they make regarding all ministries of the church and to seek continuous improvement and education, spirituality, and leadership. Members attend monthly meetings to maintain clear lines of communications with the Pastor, Ministry Leaders, volunteers, and all congregational members.  The Board helps to lead and guide ministries to develop and support their leadership and outreach efforts. The Board also assists with developing the yearly budget. They may form, reorganize, and/or disband teams as appropriate, while identifying new opportunities for fellowship, small group ministries, special projects or fundraising efforts, and special events. The Board is also asked to assist in identifying gaps between where we are and where we seek to be as a church, and to determine what must be done to close those gaps. Board members can also serve as a first point of contact for conflict resolution.
